The Saint Valentines Liquorice Company was started more than a decade ago by Erling Mccracken. While travelling through India he met an old Yoga guru. “How do I live a full and happy life” he enquired. A daily discipline of Yoga, meditation plus….a stick of liquorice said the guru.
