Our much loved Purbeck Marble Cake (Gold Great Taste Award Winner 2007) , beautifully decorated, to make a birthday very special.

This 750g “cake” is a fabulous mix of 70% cocoa solids dark Venezuelan chocolate, fairtrade cane sugar, golden syrup, Dorset butter, rich tea biscuits, fairtrade South African raisins & sour cherries, all topped with fairtrade milk chocolate and decorated with  coloured white chocolate butterflies & flowers and hand piped with white chocolate.
